Working Principle

HGT rotary crusher is mainly composed of beam section, upper, middle and lower frame section, moving cone section, eccentric sleeve section, transmission section and hydraulic cylinder section. When the equipment is working, the horizontal shaft is driven by the motor, and the eccentric sleeve is driven by the gear to rotate. The eccentric sleeve drives the cone to make a circular swing, so as to achieve continuous crushing of broken stones. The size of the ore discharge opening can be adjusted by adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone, which is convenient for adjusting the granularity of the product. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides iron protection function. When an unbreakable object enters the crushing cavity, the hydraulic cylinder can automatically drop the moving cone Free up objects and protect the crusher.
