1.Hydraulic system

The machine has the hydraulic system to adjust the size of the crusher, the hydraulic system can effectively guarantee the safe operation of the equipment. When there is foreign body in the crushing cavity, the hydraulic system can make the moving cone recede automatically, when the foreign body is discharged, the system causes the moving cone of the lower back to reset automatically.

2.Crushing cavity Type

The crushing cavity type is the geometrical space formed between the finger moving cone and the fixed cone. The shape of the crushing cavity has great effect on the performance of the whole machine. The cavity type of crusher is the main technical index of crushing. The machine has designed four types of cavities from coarse to fine, with six possible combinations, which means it works best for user-specific requirements;

Working Principle

CS Series cone crusher work, by the motor through the Triangle belt, large pulley, transmission shaft, small bevel gear, large bevel gear drive eccentric sleeve rotation, the crushing cone axis is rotated and swung under the forced motion of the eccentric sleeve, which makes the surface of the broken wall sometimes close to and sometimes leave the surface of the mortar wall, so that the material is broken continuously by impact, extruding and bending in the annular crushing cavity composed of a fixed cone and a moving cone. After repeated extrusion, impact and bending, the material is broken to the required granularity and discharged by the lower part.
