The composition is equivalent to the basic shallow diagenesis of gabbro. Crystalline, fine-medium grain, dark gray-gray black, often with bright green structure or sub-bright green structure. The diopside structure refers to the phenomenon that the average particle size of pyroxene is greater than the average length of plagioclase, showing that one pyroxene wraps many plagioclase; if the average particle size of pyroxene is less than or similar to the average length of plagioclase, pyroxene Partially wrapped plagioclase or alternating with plagioclase, called the sub-gerald structure.

Processing process

The diabase processing technology generally adopts the diabase crushing production line. The equipment used includes jaw crusher, impact crusher, impact crusher, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor, etc. The flow of the diabase crushing production line is roughly as follows: (feed silo)-feeder-jaw crusher-impact crusher or cone crusher-vibrating screen-(can be finished). It has the characteristics of reliable performance, reasonable design, convenient operation, good product granularity and high working efficiency.

The First Stage: Primary Crushing

The raw materials pass through the silo, and are evenly fed by the vibrating feeder and transported to the jaw crusher for primary crushing.

Second Stage: Intermediate Crushing

After crushing, it is screened by circular vibrating screen, and then conveyed by belt conveyor to impact crusher for intermediate fine crushing.

The Third Stage: Fine Plastic Surgery

The medium-granularity materials are sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing and shaping; the granular-grade qualified materials are washed by the sand washing machine and then transferred to the storage pile by the belt conveyor.
